By accessing flyjetcard.io or using the JetCard application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or application.

A JetCard license grants you a personal, non-transferable right to install and use the application under a single account. Licenses are bound to one account and may be used across your devices subject to single-active-session enforcement. Licenses may not be resold, gifted, or shared with another user. We reserve the right to revoke any license found in violation of these Terms.

All content on flyjetcard.io and within the JetCard application — including but not limited to the JetCard name, logo, brand identity, charter generation system, airport database, organisation and trip type data, operator identities, UI design, and all associated code — is the exclusive intellectual property of JetCard and its creator. All rights reserved. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or derivative use of any JetCard content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised access. JetCard enforces a single active session per license; signing in on a new device may sign you out elsewhere.

JetCard is provided for personal, non-commercial simulation use only. You may not use JetCard or its underlying systems to build competing products, scrape or extract data, reverse engineer the charter generation logic, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any backend systems or databases. Public streaming and content creation are welcome and encouraged, provided you do not represent JetCard as your own work or otherwise misuse the brand.

Licenses are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Promotional pricing and limited-tier purchases are final. Refunds are not issued for in-game financial outcomes, virtual losses, or dissatisfaction with the simulation's intentional design. For technical issues that prevent you from using the application, contact support@flyjetcard.io and we'll work with you to resolve them.

JetCard integrates with third-party services including Microsoft Flight Simulator, X-Plane, SimBrief, Navigraph, Stripe, and others. Use of these services is governed by their own terms, and JetCard is not responsible for their availability, performance, or pricing. Disruption to a third-party service may temporarily affect JetCard functionality.

JetCard is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JetCard and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform or site.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or application following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
