License purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Promotional pricing and the early-adopter tier are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using JetCard, contact support@flyjetcard.io or join our Discord and we'll work with you to resolve it.
The software is provided as is and reasonable attempts are made by community feedback to enhance the product. The simulation is realistic by design — virtual losses, bad investments, or failed operators are part of the experience. Refunds will not be issued for poor financial management within the application or unincluded features.
Please read before purchasing — time acceleration is not supported. JetCard runs a live shared economy: landings are scored, pilot hours accrue in real time, and charter payouts are calculated against real elapsed block time. Time acceleration and simulation-rate controls in Microsoft Flight Simulator and X-Plane (variously "simrate", "sim speed", or "time compression"), slew or repositioning modes, and any other feature that fast-forwards or decouples the aircraft from real time are structurally incompatible with this design and are not supported. This is a deliberate design choice, is disclosed here at the point of purchase, and is not grounds for a refund. If time compression is part of how you normally fly, please factor that in before purchasing.
